Do both Videography and Photography come included?
A majority of our clients get both services to simplify the process of having to look in different places. We take care of both so you can focus on other matters. But you can also just get one service.
Are there any travel fees?
If your location does require an added travel expense, it will be clearly listed on your proposal. We do not believe in hidden travel fees!
Do you accept payment plans?
Yes we do! We have a few ways we can go about receiving payments, we would love to talk you about the different ways in a consultation.
Are you available outside of Houston/ Outside of Texas?
We are more than willing to travel to your special event. Traveling expenses are added to your proposal.
Is it only for weddings?
We capture Quinceañeras, Engagements, Corporate Events, Special Moments you may need, etc.
What is the turnaround time for my pictures/videos?
We want you to enjoy the pictures and videos as soon as possible so you can start posting them and sharing with your friends and family. Our turnaround time is 5-10 days after the event.
How do I get my Pictures and Video?
You will get a link where you can download and view your pictures.
And we will send you a vimeo link with your videos so you can access and download them from there.
Can I customize my own plan?
If one of our packages doesn't have any of the specific services/deliverables you'd like, we would be more than happy to work with you to tailor a custom plan just for you.
